Huawei Mate X is a bit better than Google Pixel 4, with a general score of 89.4 against 81.9. The Huawei Mate X is a much heavier and a lot thicker phone than the Google Pixel 4. The Google Pixel 4 has a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a really smaller screen and a way lower 1080 x 2280 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater number of pixels per screen inch.
Huawei Mate X features much more storage capacity for games and applications than Google Pixel 4, because it has 512 GB internal storage. Google Pixel 4 has a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate X, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have the same number of cores.
Google Pixel 4 shoots a bit better photos and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a camera in the back with way less MP resolution and a lot tinier back camera sensor taking much lower quality photographs and videos, it also counts with a larger diafragm aperture. Huawei Mate X counts with a very superior battery lifetime than Google Pixel 4, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is way more expensive than Google Pixel 4, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Google Pixel 4. If you want to save some dollars, you can buy the Google Pixel 4, letting go a few features and specifications, but you'll get the most with your savings.
