Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is slightly better than the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, with an 89.4 score against 82.9. Even though Huawei Mate X is newer than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, it is incredibly heavier and thicker. The Huawei Mate X counts with a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate X also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a little bit worse 1440 x 3120 resolution and a lot smaller display, it also counts with a better screen density. Huawei Mate X features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has 384 GB more internal memory capacity.
Huawei Mate 20 Pro takes a lot better videos and photos than Huawei Mate X. They have a back-facing camera with a 40 mega-pixels resolution, the same back camera sensor size and a F1.8 aperture. Huawei Mate X features just a little better battery performance than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, because it has a 7 percent greater battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Huawei Mate 20 Pro, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Huawei Mate 20 Pro. If you prefer to save some money, you can get the Huawei Mate 20 Pro, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
