Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has an overall score of 89.4, which is a little bit better than the Huawei Mate X2's score of 89.1. Huawei Mate X's design weights the same than the Huawei Mate X2, but it is a lot thicker. These devices have Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate X2 has Android 10 version, so it provides the user a couple nice extra features and better performance.
The Huawei Mate X2 has a bit better processing unit than Huawei Mate X. Both of them have 8 GB of RAM memory and 8 cores. The Huawei Mate X and the Huawei Mate X2 both feature very similar screens, both have a same size screen, exactly the same resolution of 2200 x 2480 and the same quantity of pixels in each inch of display.
Huawei Mate X2 shoots much clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a tinier camera aperture which is not so good for capturing photos or video in low-light situations, it also counts with a back camera with more megapixels. The Huawei Mate X features a very superior memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate X2, because it has more internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate X2's battery performance is very similar to the battery performance in Huawei Mate X.
