Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is much better than the Huawei nova 3, getting an 89.4 score against 76.3. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Huawei nova 3 has Android 8.1 Oreo. Huawei Mate X is a newer phone than the Huawei nova 3, although it's notably heavier and noticeably thicker.
Huawei Mate X features a slightly better screen than Huawei nova 3, because it has a bigger display, a just a bit greater display density and a lot better resolution of 2200 x 2480 pixels. Huawei Mate X has a little faster processor than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate X also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate X counts with a much bigger storage capacity to install games and applications than Huawei nova 3, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with more internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate X counts with greater battery life than Huawei nova 3, because it has a 20% greater battery capacity.
The Huawei nova 3 has a slightly better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a camera with much less MP resolution, they both have a F1.8 diafragm aperture.
