Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is better than LG G7 ThinQ, getting a score of 89.4 against 81. Both phones we compare here come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS, so they should give you all the same operating system features. Although the Huawei Mate X is newer than LG G7 ThinQ, it is extremely heavier and way thicker.
The LG G7 ThinQ's processing unit is just as good as the processor in Huawei Mate X, and although the LG G7 ThinQ has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have 8 cores. The LG G7 ThinQ counts with a much better screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a quite lower 1440 x 3120 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a greater screen pixels density.
The LG G7 ThinQ takes much better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a way smaller camera sensor which offers a lot worse image and video quality and a much worse resolution back-facing camera, it also counts with a bigger aperture to take better low-light captures and video.
Huawei Mate X has a lot bigger memory for apps and games than LG G7 ThinQ, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage. The Huawei Mate X has a superior battery lifetime than LG G7 ThinQ, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than LG G7 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG G7 ThinQ. If you are trying to save some money, you can buy LG G7 ThinQ, and give up some specs and features, but you will get the most with your money.
