Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has a score of 89.4, which is a bit better than the LG Velvet's global score of 87.1. Even being the best in our current comparison, we must tell that it's also a notably thicker and incredibly heavier phone. The Huawei Mate X counts with a little bit better processing power than LG Velvet, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X also has more RAM memory.
The Huawei Mate X features a little sharper display than LG Velvet, because it has a way better 2200 x 2480px resolution, a bigger display and a quite better number of pixels per inch of display. The Huawei Mate X has a little bit better storage capacity for games and applications than LG Velvet, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate X has a bit superior battery life than LG Velvet, because it has a 4500mAh battery size. LG Velvet has a very superior camera than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a tinier sensor taking less light and washed colors, and they both have the same aperture, the LG Velvet also counts with a more mega pixels back camera.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more than the LG Velvet, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as LG Velvet. So if you need that extra specs, you can buy Huawei Mate X, otherwise you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG Velvet, giving up a couple features and specifications.
