Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is better than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, with a global score of 89.4 against 80.1. Both phones we are comparing here come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X has the newer 9.0 Pie version while OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren has Android 10, counting with a couple additional features and improved performance. Despite being the best phone we compare here, we must note that it is also notably heavier and thicker.
The OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren features a bit more powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate X, and although they both have 8 cores, the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren also has 4 GB more RAM. OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren counts with just a bit better screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a little lower resolution of 1440 x 3120 and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a little better pixel number in each inch in the screen.
The Huawei Mate X has a superior memory capacity for games and applications than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate X counts with a little longer battery life than OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, because it has a 4500mAh battery size against 4085mAh. OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren shoots way better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a tinier camera sensor giving a lower image quality, it also counts with a bigger aperture for better captures and videos in low light environments and a camera in the back with more mega-pixels.

If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the OnePlus 7T Pro 5G McLaren, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
