Huawei Mate X has an overall score of 89.4, which is better than Galaxy A35 5G's general score of 79.4. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X has a more recent 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A35 5G has Android 14 version, so it gives a couple additional features and optimized performance. Huawei Mate X is a much older, noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker cellphone than Galaxy A35 5G.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G features a display that's just as good as the Huawei Mate X one, although the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G has a lot lower resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, a bit worse quantity of pixels per inch of display and a bit smaller display. Huawei Mate X counts with a much faster processor than Galaxy A35 5G, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM.
Samsung Galaxy A35 5G shoots a lot better photos and videos than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a smaller back camera sensor capturing less light and duller colors, and they both have a same size aperture, the Samsung Galaxy A35 5G also counts with a back-facing camera with a better resolution.
Huawei Mate X counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy A35 5G, because it has more internal memory capacity. The Samsung Galaxy A35 5G features just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate X, because it has an 11 percent larger battery capacity.
