Huawei Mate X is a little bit better than the Galaxy A42, with a global score of 89.4 against 87. Both phones we are comparing use Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy A42 has Android 11 version, counting with some nice extra features. Despite being the best we compare here, the Huawei Mate X is an older, thicker and way heavier device than Galaxy A42.
