Both phones we are comparing here work with Android OS (Operating System), but the Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy C5 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. The Huawei Mate X body is extremely newer, but a lot thicker and notably heavier than the Galaxy C5.
The Huawei Mate X has a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy C5, because although it has a little lower screen pixel density, it also counts with a much better 2200 x 2480 resolution and a lot larger screen. The Huawei Mate X counts with a much greater storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy C5, because although it has no external SD slot, it also counts with 448 GB more internal storage.
