Huawei Mate X's body is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy J7 Max's, but it is much heavier and much thicker. Both devices in this comparison come with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X has a newer 9.0 Pie version and Samsung Galaxy J7 Max has Android 7.0 Nougat version, so it provides the user some extra features and performance enhancements.
