Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X has a global score of 89.4, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy S10's 88.3 overall score. These devices work with Android OS, but the Huawei Mate X has 9.0 Pie version and Galaxy S10 has Android 11 version. Even being the best device we are comparing, the Huawei Mate X is a noticeably heavier and noticeably thicker device than Galaxy S10.
Galaxy S10 has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a lot smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 3040 pixels, it also counts with a higher screen pixel density. Samsung Galaxy S10 counts with a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate X. They have a 8 GB RAM and a Octa-Core processor.
The Huawei Mate X counts with a much bigger storage capacity for games and applications than Galaxy S10, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 384 GB more internal storage. The Huawei Mate X has longer battery duration than Galaxy S10, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 features a much better camera than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a much worse resolution back-facing camera and a much smaller sensor which gives a way worse photo and video quality, it also counts with a larger camera aperture to capture better low-light photos.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than Galaxy S10, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as Galaxy S10. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy the Galaxy S10, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your money.
