Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy S6, getting a global score of 89.4 against 87.4. These devices work with Android operating system, but Huawei Mate X has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy S6 has Android 5.0 version, so it provides the user some additional features. Huawei Mate X's design is a lot newer, but notably heavier and much thicker than the Samsung Galaxy S6.
The Galaxy S6 has a sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 2560 x 1440px, it also counts with a better pixels amount in each inch of screen. The Huawei Mate X has much more storage to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy S6, because it has 512 GB internal storage capacity.
Galaxy S6 has a little better performance than Huawei Mate X, because although it has 5 GB lesser RAM, and they both have 8 cpu cores, the Galaxy S6 also counts with a 64 bits processor and an extra graphics processor. The Galaxy S6 counts with a better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way smaller back camera sensor taking much worse quality images, a much less mega-pixels camera in the back and a smaller aperture which is not nice for low light images and videos.
Huawei Mate X has a very superior battery life than Galaxy S6, because it has a 76 percent more battery size.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Galaxy S6, and it doesn't have such a good quality/price relation as the Galaxy S6. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can get the Galaxy S6, giving up some specs and features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
