Huawei Mate X is much better than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, with an 89.4 score against 75.8. Huawei Mate X's construction is notably newer, but just a little thicker and heavier than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active. The Galaxy S7 Active features a sharper display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a lot smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1440 x 2560, it also counts with a greater pixel amount per screen inch.
Huawei Mate X features a little bit better performance than Galaxy S7 Active, because it has 4 more cores and 4 GB more RAM. Huawei Mate X has much more storage for applications, games, photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 480 GB more internal memory capacity.
The Huawei Mate X features a little longer battery duration than Samsung Galaxy S7 Active, because it has a 13% greater battery capacity.
