The Huawei Mate X has an overall score of 89.4, which is better than Galaxy XCover 5's score of 78.1. Both phones in our current comparison come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate X has the newer 9.0 Pie version while Galaxy XCover 5 has Android 11, providing some additional features and enhanced performance. The Huawei Mate X has a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy XCover 5, because it has a greater quantity of pixels per inch of display, a lot larger screen and a much better 2200 x 2480 resolution. Huawei Mate X counts with much more memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy XCover 5, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity.
Huawei Mate X has a little faster processor than Galaxy XCover 5, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei Mate X features a way better battery duration than Galaxy XCover 5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity. The Galaxy XCover 5 has a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a back facing camera with way less MP resolution, they both have the same diafragm aperture.
