Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 is a bit better than the Huawei Mate X, having a general score of 94.6 against 89.4. Both devices in this comparison review have Android OS (operating system), but Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has an older 11 version while Huawei Mate X has Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's construction is newer, notably thinner and just a bit lighter than the Huawei Mate X.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 has just a bit better performance than Huawei Mate X, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 also has more RAM memory. Huawei Mate X has a little sharper screen than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because it has a slightly higher resolution of 2200 x 2480 pixels, a bit bigger display and a just a little better display pixel density.
The Huawei Mate X features a way bigger storage to install applications and games than Galaxy Z Fold 2, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Galaxy Z Fold 2 takes much better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate X, although it has a smaller sensor and a way worse resolution back camera, they both have a same size aperture.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2's battery lifetime is just as good as Huawei Mate X's battery lifetime.
Despite of being the best phone of the ones we are comparing, Galaxy Z Fold 2 is also a lot cheaper.
