Comparison review
Huawei Mate X is better than Xperia Z5, having an 89.4 score against 77.6. Both of these phones come with Android OS (operating system), but the Huawei Mate X has 9.0 Pie version while Xperia Z5 has Android 5.1 version, offering some nice extra features and performance enhancements. The Huawei Mate X is a notably newer cellphone than the Xperia Z5, although it's heavier and way thicker.
Huawei Mate X has a bit better processing power than Xperia Z5, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, and they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Huawei Mate X also counts with 5 GB more RAM. The Xperia Z5 features just a bit better display than Huawei Mate X, because although it has a really smaller screen and a much lower 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The Huawei Mate X has a very superior storage capacity to install games and applications than Xperia Z5, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xperia Z5 features a much better camera than Huawei Mate X, although it has a way smaller camera sensor providing a way worse image quality and a much less megapixels resolution camera in the back, they both have a F1.8 aperture.
Huawei Mate X has a very superior battery duration than Xperia Z5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Sony Xperia Z5, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Sony Xperia Z5. If you are trying to save some dollars, you can buy Sony Xperia Z5, letting go a couple features, but you will get the most out of your budget.
