Huawei Mate X2 is better than LG Q70, with an 89.1 score against 77.9. Huawei Mate X2 is a notably heavier cellphone than LG Q70, but they are 0.32inches thick. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 OS. Huawei Mate X2 features a bit better screen than LG Q70, because it has a way better 2200 x 2480 resolution, a larger display and a bit higher display pixel density.
The Huawei Mate X2 features a little bit better hardware performance than LG Q70, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has 4 GB more RAM memory. The Huawei Mate X2 has just a bit better camera than LG Q70, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures or videos in poorly lited situations, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and the same 30 frames per second video frame rates, the Huawei Mate X2 also counts with a camera in the back with way more megapixels.

The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit better battery performance than LG Q70, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than LG Q70, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG Q70. So if you want that extra features, you can buy Huawei Mate X2, but if you don't you can save a couple dollars and buy the LG Q70, letting go some specs and features.
