Comparison review

Huawei Mate X2 is a little bit better than the Samsung Galaxy A51, getting a global score of 89.1 against 85.5. Both phones in this review work with Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X2 has the older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy A51 has Android 11. The Huawei Mate X2 body is newer, but notably heavier and a little bit thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A51.

The Huawei Mate X2 counts with just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy A51, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Huawei Mate X2 also has more RAM. Huawei Mate X2 features a bit more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has a just a bit higher pixel density, a much higher 2200 x 2480 resolution and a bigger display.

The Galaxy A51 counts with a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a lesser MP camera in the back, a worse (4K) video quality and a smaller aperture. Galaxy A51 features just a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has only 128 GB internal storage, it also counts with a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 512 GB.

The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy A51, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.

Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is a lot more expensive than the Galaxy A51, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Galaxy A51. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X2, otherwise you can save some dollars and get the Galaxy A51, resigning some specs and features.
