Huawei Mate X2 has a general score of 89.1, which is much better than Galaxy A70's 76.9 general score. Huawei Mate X2's construction is newer, but a little bit thicker and much heavier than Galaxy A70. Both of these phones work with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Huawei Mate X2 has a slightly better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A70, because it has a little higher pixels density, a bigger screen and a way higher 2200 x 2480px resolution. The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit better processor than Galaxy A70, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate X2 also has 2 GB more RAM memory.
Huawei Mate X2 counts with a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy A70, although it has a smaller camera aperture, they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition. Samsung Galaxy A70 features a bit bigger memory for games and applications than Huawei Mate X2, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for SD memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
