Comparison review
Huawei Mate X2 is better than the Galaxy Alpha, having an 89.1 score against 76.3. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but Huawei Mate X2 has older 10 version while Galaxy Alpha has Android 4.4.4. The Huawei Mate X2 is a notably heavier and somewhat thicker cellphone than the Galaxy Alpha.
The Galaxy Alpha has a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate X2, although it has a really smaller display, a little worse amount of pixels per inch in the display and a way worse resolution of 1280 x 720px. The Huawei Mate X2 features a much greater storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy Alpha, because it has 256 GB internal storage.
The Huawei Mate X2 has just a bit better hardware performance than Galaxy Alpha, because although it has doesn't have an extra GPU, it also counts with more RAM memory and a greater number of cores (and also faster). Huawei Mate X2 has a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity.
Huawei Mate X2 shoots much better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same 30 fps video frame rates, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a larger aperture for better photos in low-light environments and a lot better 50 MP resolution back camera.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than the Samsung Galaxy Alpha, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. If you want to save some money, you can get Samsung Galaxy Alpha, giving up some specs and features, but you'll get the most with your savings.
