Samsung Galaxy Fold is a bit better than the Huawei Mate X2, with a 97.6 score against 89.1. The Samsung Galaxy Fold is an older phone than the Huawei Mate X2, but it is thinner and a bit lighter anyway. Both phones in this review have Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy Fold has 9.0 Pie version and Huawei Mate X2 has Android 10.
Huawei Mate X2 features a bit more powerful processing unit than Samsung Galaxy Fold, although it has a lower amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processor. Huawei Mate X2 has a little sharper display than Galaxy Fold, because it has a better resolution of 2200 x 2480px, a bit larger display and a bit greater display pixels density.
The Huawei Mate X2 counts with a bit better camera than Galaxy Fold, because although it has worse 30 fps video frame rates and a much smaller diafragm aperture which is not nice for taking pictures and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Huawei Mate X2 also counts with a camera with lot more megapixels.
Galaxy Fold has a much greater memory for apps and games than Huawei Mate X2, because it has 512 GB internal memory capacity. Huawei Mate X2 has a bit longer battery lifetime than Samsung Galaxy Fold, because it has a 3 percent larger battery size.
Even being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy Fold is also by far the cheapest.
