The Huawei Mate X2 is much better than Samsung Galaxy Note3, with a global score of 89.1 against 77.7. Even though Huawei Mate X2 is extremely heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note3, it's just a little thinner and also notably newer. Both devices we are comparing here work with Android operating system, but the Huawei Mate X2 has older 10 version while Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 version.
