The Huawei Mate X2 is just a bit better than Galaxy S25, with an 89.1 score against 82.6. The Samsung Galaxy S25 takes much clearer videos and photos than Huawei Mate X2, and although they both have a back facing camera with a 50 mega-pixels, the Samsung Galaxy S25 also has a way better 7680x4320 video quality and a larger camera aperture to capture better low light photography and videos.
The Huawei Mate X2 features just a little better battery lifetime than Galaxy S25, because it has a 13% more battery capacity.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it is way more expensive than Samsung Galaxy S25, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Samsung Galaxy S25. If you prefer to save a few dollars, you can buy Samsung Galaxy S25, giving up a couple features and specs, but you'll get the most with your budget.
