Comparison review
The Huawei Mate X2 is better than the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, getting an 89.1 score against 77.5. Huawei Mate X2's design is incredibly newer than Xiaomi Mi Max 2's, although it is much heavier and a little thicker. Huawei Mate X2 has a little faster CPU than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a higher amount of RAM.
Huawei Mate X2 has a bit better looking display than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because it has a bigger display, a much better 2200 x 2480 resolution and a just a little greater screen pixel density. Huawei Mate X2 counts with a superior camera than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same video definition, the Huawei Mate X2 also has a back camera with a lot better 50 mega pixels resolution and a bigger camera aperture to take better captures and videos in low light environments.
Huawei Mate X2 has a bit more storage to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal memory. Xiaomi Mi Max 2 features greater battery duration than Huawei Mate X2, because it has 5300mAh of battery capacity instead of 4500mAh.
Although Huawei Mate X2 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than Xiaomi Mi Max 2, and it doesn't have such a good price and quality relation as the Xiaomi Mi Max 2. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy the Huawei Mate X2, else you can save some money and buy the Xiaomi Mi Max 2, resigning some features and specifications.
