Comparison review
Huawei P40 has a general score of 86.4, which is better than the Huawei Mate X3's 74.7 global score. The Huawei P40 comes with Android 10 OS, and Huawei Mate X3 counts with HarmonyOS 3 OS. Although Huawei P40 is incredibly older and way thicker than the Huawei Mate X3, it's construction is still much lighter.
The Huawei P40 features a bit sharper display than Huawei Mate X3, although it has a much smaller display, a lot worse 1080 x 2340px resolution and a quite worse display pixel density. Huawei Mate X3 has a way bigger storage capacity to store more apps and games than Huawei P40, because it has 128 GB more internal storage capacity.
Huawei P40 features a much better hardware performance than Huawei Mate X3, although it has lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Huawei Mate X3 features better battery duration than Huawei P40, because it has a 4800mAh battery capacity against 3800mAh. The Huawei P40 features a little bit better camera than Huawei Mate X3, although it has a smaller camera aperture, they both have a back-facing camera with a 50 mega-pixels resolution, the same 3840x2160 video quality and the same 60 frames per second video frame rate.
