The Motorola Edge 30 Neo is better than the Huawei Mate X3, having an 83.1 score against 74.7. Motorola Edge 30 Neo comes with Android 12 OS, and Huawei Mate X3 comes with HarmonyOS 3 OS. Motorola Edge 30 Neo's design is way lighter but much thicker than Huawei Mate X3, and both of them were released only 7 months apart.
