Comparison review
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition is just a bit better than Huawei Mate X3, getting an 80.4 score against 74.7. Even though the Galaxy Note Fan Edition is noticeably older and notably thicker than Huawei Mate X3, it's construction is still incredibly lighter. Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a better screen than Huawei Mate X3, because although it has a quite lower resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and a way smaller display, it also counts with a little more pixels per inch in the screen.
The Galaxy Note Fan Edition counts with a much faster CPU than Huawei Mate X3, although it has 4 GB lesser RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Huawei Mate X3 features a much better camera than Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not recommended for capturing pictures and videos in low-light situations, and they both have the same video quality, the Huawei Mate X3 also counts with a way more mega pixels back-facing camera and better 60 fps video frame rate.
The Huawei Mate X3 counts with a very superior memory capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. Huawei Mate X3 counts with a superior battery performance than Samsung Galaxy Note Fan Edition, because it has 4800mAh of battery capacity instead of 3200mAh.
