Comparison review
The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has a score of 77.7, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate X3's 74.7 global score. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has Android 4.4.2 operating system, while Huawei Mate X3 works with HarmonyOS 3 operating system. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 construction is much lighter than Huawei Mate X3, but it's noticeably thicker and was released many years before.
The Galaxy Note3 counts with a much powerful CPU than Huawei Mate X3, although it has less processing cores and a smaller amount of RAM memory. The Samsung Galaxy Note3 has just a bit better display than Huawei Mate X3, although it has a lot worse 1080 x 1920 resolution, a much smaller display and a bit worse display density.
