The Xiaomi 14 has a global score of 79.4, which is a little bit better than Huawei Mate X3's 74.7 score. The Xiaomi 14 counts with Android 14 OS, while Huawei Mate X3 works with HarmonyOS 3 OS. The Xiaomi 14 design is extremely lighter but incredibly thicker than Huawei Mate X3, and they were only released 7 months apart.
The Huawei Mate X3 and the Xiaomi 14 count with quite similar processors, they have the same RAM amount and 8 CPU cores. The Xiaomi 14 counts with a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate X3, because although it has a way lower 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher count of pixels per display inch.
