Xiaomi 15 has a global score of 80.6, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate X3's 74.7 score. Xiaomi 15 counts with Android 14 operating system, and Huawei Mate X3 comes with HarmonyOS 3 operating system. The Xiaomi 15 body is newer and a lot lighter, but extremely thicker than Huawei Mate X3.
Xiaomi 15's CPU is just as good as Huawei Mate X3's processing unit, and although the Xiaomi 15 has 4 GB more RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Xiaomi 15 counts with a much better screen than Huawei Mate X3, because although it has a much lower 1200 x 2670 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch in the display.
The Xiaomi 15's storage capacity for applications and games is just as good as Huawei Mate X3's one, both have the same internal memory capacity. Xiaomi 15 has a bit better battery lifetime than Huawei Mate X3, because it has 5400mAh of battery capacity against 4800mAh. The Xiaomi 15 takes a little bit better photographs and videos than Huawei Mate X3, and although they both have a 50 MP resolution camera in the back, the Xiaomi 15 also has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photography and a lot higher 7680x4320 video resolution.
