Comparison review
The Huawei Mate 8 is a little bit better than Huawei Mate Xs 2, having a 77.4 score against 72.6. Even though Huawei Mate 8 is way older and a lot thicker than Huawei Mate Xs 2, it's design is still a lot lighter. Huawei Mate 8 has a much powerful processing unit than Huawei Mate Xs 2, although it has less RAM, they both have the same number of cores.
Huawei Mate 8 has a little sharper screen than Huawei Mate Xs 2, although it has a much lower 1080 x 1920px resolution, a way smaller display and a just a little lower display density. The Huawei Mate Xs 2 features a bit bigger memory for applications, games, photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage capacity.
The Huawei Mate Xs 2 takes just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bigger aperture to capture better low light photos and a back camera with much more MP. The Huawei Mate Xs 2 features just a little bit longer battery duration than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a 4600mAh battery size instead of 4000mAh.
