The Galaxy Note 3 counts with a way better performance than Huawei Mate Xs 2, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory and 4 lesser cores (but faster), it also counts with an extra graphics co-processor.
The Huawei Mate Xs 2 has a superior memory for applications and games than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Note 3 captures a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei Mate Xs 2, although it has a smaller camera aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and/or video in poorly lited situations and a back camera with much less mega pixels.
