Huawei Mate Xs is better than the Honor Magic6 Pro, getting a general score of 91.6 against 76.6. Although it's the best in our current comparison, the Huawei Mate Xs construction is incredibly heavier and somewhat thicker than Honor Magic6 Pro. Honor Magic6 Pro features a little more vivid screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a quite lower 1280 x 2800 pixels resolution and a little smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher count of pixels per inch of display.

Honor Magic6 Pro counts with a much better camera than Huawei Mate Xs, and although they both have the same (4K) video quality, the Honor Magic6 Pro also has a lot bigger aperture to capture better low light captures and video, a bigger sensor which offers a higher photo and video quality, higher video frame rate and a more MP back-facing camera.
The Honor Magic6 Pro has improved battery lifetime than Huawei Mate Xs, because it has a 24% bigger battery size.
