Huawei Mate Xs has an overall score of 91.6, which is better than HTC One M9's general score of 77.7. The Huawei Mate Xs body is extremely newer, but thicker and notably heavier than the HTC One M9. The HTC One M9 has a bit faster processing unit than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, and they both have the same number of cores, the HTC One M9 also counts with a 64-bits processor and an extra GPU.
