The Huawei Mate Xs construction is incredibly newer, but way thicker and incredibly heavier than the HTC U Ultra. The Huawei Mate Xs has a bit more powerful processing unit than HTC U Ultra, because it has a higher number of cores and a higher amount of RAM.
