The Huawei Mate Xs has an overall score of 91.6, which is a lot better than Huawei Mate 20 lite's score of 76.2. The Huawei Mate Xs construction is newer, but way heavier and a lot thicker than Huawei Mate 20 lite. Huawei Mate Xs counts with a bit better CPU than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have 8 cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has 4 GB more RAM.
The Huawei Mate Xs features a slightly better screen than Huawei Mate 20 lite, because it has a lot better 2200 x 2480px resolution, a bigger screen and a little bit higher pixels count per inch of display.
