Huawei Mate Xs is much better than the Huawei nova 3, having a 91.6 score against 76.3. Even though the Huawei Mate Xs is newer than the Huawei nova 3, it's a lot heavier and noticeably thicker. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with a bit more powerful CPU than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with a bit better looking display than Huawei nova 3, because it has a much higher resolution of 2200 x 2480px, a larger screen and a little bit more pixels per screen inch. Huawei Mate Xs takes just a bit better pictures and videos than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have a F1.8 camera aperture, the same video frame rate and the same (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a lot more mega-pixels back facing camera.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with much more storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Huawei nova 3, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory.
