Huawei Mate Xs is better than Samsung Galaxy M20, getting a 91.6 score against 78.9. Huawei Mate Xs is a newer device than the Samsung Galaxy M20, although it's somewhat thicker and much heavier. Huawei Mate Xs features a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy M20, and although they both have 8 cpu cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
