Galaxy S20 has a score of 94.8, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate Xs's global score of 91.6. The Galaxy S20 is a a lot thinner and lighter cellphone than Huawei Mate Xs, even though both of them were only released with a couple months difference. Samsung Galaxy S20 counts with a bit superior processing unit than Huawei Mate Xs, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
