The Huawei Mate Xs has a global score of 91.6, which is slightly better than the Galaxy S25 Ultra's score of 90.7. The Galaxy S25 Ultra features a much better screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a quite smaller screen and a little bit lower resolution of 1440 x 3088px, it also counts with a little bit better pixels count in each inch of display.
