The Huawei Mate Xs has a score of 91.6, which is much better than the Galaxy S5's 80.8 overall score. Even though the Huawei Mate Xs is incredibly newer than Galaxy S5, it is thicker and way heavier. Huawei Mate Xs has a bit better CPU than Galaxy S5, because although it has doesn't have a graphics processor, it also counts with 4 more processing cores and 5 GB more RAM.
The Galaxy S5 counts with a much better screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a really smaller display and a way lower resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels, it also counts with a higher number of pixels per inch in the display. Huawei Mate Xs has a way bigger memory for applications and games than Galaxy S5, because although it has no SD card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
The Huawei Mate Xs has a very superior battery duration than Galaxy S5, because it has 4500mAh of battery capacity against 2800mAh. Huawei Mate Xs shoots just a bit better videos and photos than Galaxy S5, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a way larger back-facing camera sensor shooting way higher quality videos and photographs, a bigger aperture and a way more MP camera.
