Comparison review
Huawei Mate Xs is much better than the Samsung Galaxy S7, having a global score of 91.6 against 79.5. Although the Huawei Mate Xs is notably newer than the Samsung Galaxy S7, it's thicker and notably heavier. Huawei Mate Xs has just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy S7, because it has 4 GB more RAM memory and a higher number of cores (and also faster).
Galaxy S7 features a much better looking screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a really smaller display and a bit worse 1440 x 2560 resolution, it also counts with a higher amount of pixels per display inch. Huawei Mate Xs shoots slightly better photographs and videos than Samsung Galaxy S7, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not nice for capturing images or videos in low-light environments, and they both have the same video frame rates and the same video resolution, the Huawei Mate Xs also counts with a much bigger camera sensor shooting much better quality photos and videos and a much better resolution back camera.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with a very superior storage capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy S7, because although it has no SD memory card expansion slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much longer battery performance than Galaxy S7, because it has a 50 percent more battery capacity.
