Comparison review
The Huawei Mate Xs is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy S9, getting a 91.6 score against 83.3. Even though Huawei Mate Xs is newer than the Samsung Galaxy S9, it's heavier and noticeably thicker. Huawei Mate Xs features a little faster processor than Galaxy S9, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei Mate Xs also has more RAM memory.
Galaxy S9 has a little sharper display than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a bit lower resolution of 1440 x 2960 pixels and a much smaller display, it also counts with a higher pixels density. The Huawei Mate Xs takes slightly better photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has lower 30 frames per second video frame rates and a smaller aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution, the Huawei Mate Xs also counts with a much larger back-facing camera sensor and a camera with lot more mega pixels.
Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Galaxy S9, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Huawei Mate Xs counts with a much better battery performance than Samsung Galaxy S9, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
