Xperia 1 III has a global score of 93.3, which is slightly better than the Huawei Mate Xs's global score of 91.6. The Xperia 1 III body is newer, much thinner and much lighter than Huawei Mate Xs. Xperia 1 III features just a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate Xs, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xperia 1 III also has 4 GB more RAM memory.
Sony Xperia 1 III has a sharper screen than Huawei Mate Xs, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a quite better 1644 x 3840px resolution and a way better pixels number per display inch.
