Huawei Mate Xs is a little bit better than the Xperia 10 III, with a overall score of 91.6 against 83.7. Even being the best in this review, Huawei Mate Xs's body is older, incredibly heavier and a lot thicker than the Xperia 10 III. Huawei Mate Xs has a bit more powerful processing unit than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a greater amount of RAM.
Sony Xperia 10 III has a screen that's just as good as the screen in Huawei Mate Xs, because although the Sony Xperia 10 III has a way worse 1080 x 2520 resolution and a lot smaller screen, it also counts with a little higher number of pixels per display inch. The Huawei Mate Xs features a greater storage for games and applications than Xperia 10 III, because although it has no SD memory slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal memory capacity.
Sony Xperia 10 III's battery duration is just as good as the Huawei Mate Xs one. The Huawei Mate Xs has a little bit better camera than Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same 30 fps video frame rate, a F1.8 diafragm aperture and the same (4K) video definition, the Huawei Mate Xs also has a back camera with much more mega pixels and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor taking lot higher quality videos and pictures.
