The Google Pixel 4 is a little bit better than Huawei nova 10, getting an 81.9 score against 79.2. Google Pixel 4's design is just a little lighter than Huawei nova 10, although it's somewhat thicker and was released 3 years before. The Google Pixel 4 counts with a bit sharper display than Huawei nova 10, because although it has a bit lower 1080 x 2280 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a little greater number of pixels in each inch in the screen.
