Huawei nova 10 is slightly better than the Huawei nova 3, getting a 79.2 score against 76.3. Huawei nova 10's design is noticeably newer and a bit thinner than Huawei nova 3's, although it is a little bit heavier. The Huawei nova 10 counts with Android operating system, and Huawei nova 3 comes with Android 8.1 Oreo operating system.
Huawei nova 10 has a little bit better processing power than Huawei nova 3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei nova 10 also has a greater amount of RAM memory. Huawei nova 3 and Huawei nova 10 feature incredibly similar screens, because although the Huawei nova 3 has a bit smaller display and a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit better display pixels density.
