The Huawei nova 10 is a a lot newer device, and it is also just a little lighter and thinner than Huawei P20 Lite (2019). The Huawei nova 10 works with Android OS, and Huawei P20 Lite (2019) comes with Android 9.0 Pie OS.
Huawei nova 10 has a little better processing power than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), and although they both have the same number of cores, the Huawei nova 10 also has a higher amount of RAM memory. Huawei nova 10 has a bit more vivid screen than Huawei P20 Lite (2019), because although it has a bit worse screen pixels density, it also counts with a little bit larger screen and a slightly higher resolution of 1080 x 2400px.
