LG G3 is slightly better than Huawei nova 2 Plus, with a global score of 76.4 against 74.2. Both phones in this review use Android operating system, but the LG G3 has older 5.0 version and Huawei nova 2 Plus has Android 7.0 Nougat version. The LG G3 is a notably older and extremely thicker cellphone than Huawei nova 2 Plus, but LG was able to build it somewhat lighter anyway.
The LG G3 features a way better display than Huawei nova 2 Plus, and although they both have a display with the same size, the LG G3 also has a better 2560 x 1440 resolution and a greater screen pixels density. LG G3 features a bit faster CPU than Huawei nova 2 Plus, because although it has less cpu cores (although they are faster) and a lower amount of RAM memory, it also counts with a graphics co-processor.
The LG G3 shoots just a bit better photos and videos than Huawei nova 2 Plus, because although it has a way smaller camera aperture which is not favorable for taking images and videos in low-light situations, it also counts with a more MP camera in the back and a way higher video resolution. The Huawei nova 2 Plus counts with a superior memory for apps and games than LG G3, and although they both have an external memory card slot that admits up to 128 GB, the Huawei nova 2 Plus also has more internal storage capacity.
Huawei nova 2 Plus has a bit longer battery duration than LG G3, because it has an 11% more battery size.
